You can also send the samples by courier or mail.
We will perform free tests and resend you the samples.
Before sending the products or reach us for testing, contact us in advance.
So that we can arrange an appointment and always be sure that we have in stock the necessary equipment
If you have any problem in starting and use of the equipment purchased, you will guide and advise you to let operative in a short time.
REPAIR AND FAILURES
In the event of faults or problems, please contact us at our first assitance service and we provide by phone or email all the advice you need to solve problems in case you be unable to properly use the equipment purchased.
Thanks to a spare parts warehouse, we are able, in the day to send the broken/worn pieces or repair in our workshop quickly allowing you to minimize downtime
The guarantee, unless otherwise specified is 24 months for natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity (Art. 1469 BIS DC.), 12 months for all other subjects and covers defects in operation attributable to the manufacturing process.
They are therefore excluded from the warranty costs of transport, travel and labor.
In case of breakage or failure always contact us in advance, specifying the model of the product, when it was purchased and defects.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT FOR COMPANIES AND FIRMS
The law does NOT include the right of withdrawal for legal persons (eg companies) and natural persons acting for purposes related to a business. Excluded from the right of withdrawal also purchases made by retailers or by those who in any way purchase for resale to third parties. Ferplast reserves the right to accept returns of new products also by companies, considering a devaluation that varies from 20 to 30% depending on the product ordered (again against a new purchase made on the website and never for special products, made to measure or ordered specifically). This percentage goes to cover the discount that Ferplast will have to apply to the prospective customer will buy the same equipment at a lower price because it is considered used and will also cover part of the costs incurred for the management of the order, for packing, for costs incurred during the payment and any damage to the product etc .. the shipping costs are always excluded from the operation of the return or replacement.
The client, if the goods will be intact (complete with all parts and manuals) will activate a coupon that will be spent on our web site within a fixed date.
The request for return/replacement must be sent within 15 days from the date of purchase and Ferplast is free to decide whether to accept or not the return request.
All this information will be present in the contract that the customer will accept before you make an online order.
