ME-ASD SERIES with 10 mm DOUBLE SEALING BAR BY IMPULSE WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Semiautomatic bench sealing machine with electric pedal and double impulse sealing bar with temperature control, (an electronic circuit prevents overheating and allows continuous operation), suitable for closing polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, aluminum coupled bags, etc.
The sealing bars are closed by means of an electromagnet with foot control.
Timers for sealing and cooling control ensure maximum reliability on all types of material.
The "cold closing" time allows the bars to remain closed for a time set by the operator and apply a pressure that reinforces the sealing.
Operation
The operation foresees the closing of the bars and the sealing of the bag following the operator's command, by means of an electric pedal.
This allows the operator to grasp the bag with both hands, being able to carry out a more precise and parallel sealing to the bag.
Simple to use, it does not require preheating.
The double sealing bar (above and below) and 10 mm. sealing allows the closure of bags with high thickness, coupled and envelopes with bellows.
Maximum sealable thickness 0.25 mm (0.50 tot).

Sealing machine for advertising BANNERS and medical material
The ME ASD series sealers can in some cases be used for sealing advertising banners and creating pockets for fixing them.
Given the numerous types of banners on the market, before each purchase, it is necessary to carry out the sealing tests.
We do not guarantee the sealing of banners because the considerable thickness and the chemical additives used often prevent the tightness of the sealing.
REPLACEMENT KIT FOR SEALING BARS
The complete spare kit of the sealing blades includes both Teflon and resistances.
ME ASD sealing machines use:
- upper bar: 1x10 mm heating element + 1xTeflon roll suitable for about 5/6 replacements.
- lower bar: 1x10 mm heating element + 1xTeflon roll suitable for about 5/6 replacements.
The kit that can be purchased online therefore includes 2x10 mm heating elements, 1 Teflon roll for the upper bar and 1 Teflon roll for the lower bar. Usually the duration of the Teflon roll is equal to the duration of the single heating element but if you need to buy the single spare parts, please ask for separate prices.
